Worked C98RF back in 2002, never got a card, after sending one  or more to
DL6DQW so just sent him an email and of course it has bounced as  an invalid
address (on QRZ.COM).  Does anyone have the real address for  DL6DQW?  I dont
know why amateurs, especially those listing themselves  as a manager, cannot
keep this information up to date in data  banks.

Hi Danny,

heard C98RF in 2003 and got my card via DL6DQW. Used  address:
Dr. Reinhard Fendler, Waldteichstrasse 34, 01468 Boxdorf,  GERMANY

but, just checking the address in the german "Bundesnetzagentur"  , the
website of the german authorities, which can be found at:

http://ans.bundesnetzagentur.de/Amateurfunk/Rufzeichen.aspx
 
the address had changed to:
Dr. Reinhard Fendler; Waldteichstr.  34/21-15; 01468 Reichenberg, GERMANY
 
Maybe you should try the other address of the one you had used.
