[Dx-qsl] QSLs w/ Pakistan

I have received cards from both AP2IA and AP2JZB.  Both took
extra effort.  Mail is pilfered coming in the country and
going out.  Bob, AP2JZB had to send his cards twice at his
expense.  He said that at his post office the employees
steal the uncancelled stamps.

Good luck with getting QSL's from AP.  After several
attempts I did manage 
to get a QSL from AP2ZA thru his relative in Canada that he
shows as his QSL 
manager.  I have been trying for years to get one from
AP2IA.  We have 
exchanged several emails.  He acknowledges receiving my card
and my $5.00 
donation twice (10.00 total) and promises to send a card but
it never 
arrives.  I can understand incoming mail getting pilfered at
the post office 
but not outgoing mail, especially if all it contained was
something looking 
like a post card.
