[Dx-qsl] QSLs w/ Pakistan

AP2IA has been a good QSLer for me and my XYL, K5DU. We have made 
three QSL requests from him at different times and have always gotten 
a response in a reasonable time.

As a matter of fact, he is on LoTW. I noticed that I had several 
matches with him there too. But I have always used his actual QSLs 
for submissions.
