Does  anyone have a good address for this operation?

got a card for TI9JJP (hrd April 2003) and send via
Jose Pastora, P.O. Box 2048-2050, San Pedro
Montes Oca, Costa Rica (same  as you).
But I got a reply, so he has QSLed. May be he has
moved now, but no other address found here in my 
files.
