My application was a hybrid application that I started using LoTW on 
the morning of 12/30/2006, and I mailed up the hard-cards later that 
day. They're currently working on applications received the week of 
January 12th. My new totals were credited to me about 2 weeks ago; 
the paperwork and cards were postmarked 3 days ago. I got the full 
matrix chart back, along with the receipt and band/mode totals.
