[Dx-qsl] DXCC application and ZD9

Hi Peter, 3 months backlog.Hmmmm....
 I sent my submission Feb 1, looks like a warm Day in May, for my return 
hihi.
Is LOTW any faster, like with crediting your totals, and do you still get a 
paper copy on the transaction?
