Jan,

It does not matter one bit. But I found it interesting since there was
recently a discussion about postal rates in different countries and the fact
that it might be beneficial to post cards from a neighboring country.

Graham and Osten were kind enough to use their knowledge of area to show
that it probably was indeed the case.
