Interesting......the original copy I have here says, on Page 27 -
'Surface Mail Letters, Europe Only'

Yet the curent version found at

ftp://ftp.royalmail.com/Downloads/public/ctf/rm/2007_2008_Prices_document_for_publication_final.pdf

Says 'Surface Mail Letters - Outside Europe Only.'

As I said - Royal Snail does not know its Posterior from its Elbow.

Mind you, either way, with the current lousy exchange rates - it's $2
or a Good IRC.
