[Dx-qsl] QSL cards NOT received

For those who have not read TG9NX's notes on QRZ.COM, here
it is:
QSLing can be like a dart board...the better prepared you
are, the better your chances of getting a 'hit'.

"Due to the fact that my mail was cannibalized digging for
your green stamps, I was forced to establish a =93mail drop=94
in the U.S. For this purpose, you will please use the
address for N4FKZ (if you don't remember what a mail drop
is, let me remind you. You all know what a P.O. Box is; well
a mail drop is more or less the same thing, it's like when
you safe keep something for someone until he sends for it or
picks it up. Also it can be sent by different routes,
depending on instructions). Because of this different
procedure, we ask people not to complicate the situation by
sending more than one card per envelope, with no more than 3
QSO=92s per card, and or cards with dates over 5 years old. We
would rather you don't send us IRCs, Dollar bills are
usually less expensive however if these coupons are your
only alternative, we require two of them that have to be
stamped on the left hand side by the postal station that
sold them and they must be of the new type with maturity
date over 2006. There is also the limitation that we can
only QSL directly, not through Bureau (Buro) service at all.
We went through all this trouble just to make sure that you
don=92t lose your green stamps. So please give us a hand with
your understanding and cooperation, this is the best we can
do to minimize your expenses in the mail from 84 cents to 39
cents. The green stamps, nothing I can do, they all have to
be the same.=20
I would like to express my gratitude to all Hams who have
contacted me in the past 30 years, especially those who
enabled me to work all the 337 countries from the DXCC list
"TOP HONOR ROLL N.1". Having a total of 349/337 phone and
mixed, On the CW mode (telegraphy) it gives me great
satisfaction to be the first operator from all the Spanish
speaking countries of the entire world to ever achieve CW
DXCC HONOR ROLL, and now with 344/336 confirmed; only P5
missing for N.1.- At the creation of DXCC on 30 m we were
there with the same punctuality, just like DXCC on 17 and 12
m of course 160 m DXCC No185,is part of the past, like the
ancient 5BDXCC No939,5BWAS No900 or 5BWAZ No45. At this time
we are waiting with all the necessary qsl cards on
160,80,40,30,20,17,15,12,10,and 6 for the creation of
10BDXCC, hoping ARRL sooner or later will offer this award.
I almost forget to say that my 6 m DXCC is number 774.=20
In the field of Emergency Communications, we were decorated
with the highest honor given to civilians by the Ministry of
Defense, Government of the Republic of Guatemala: "Monja
Blanca" First Class. We also have a letter of commendation
from UNICEF."

Now what's so complicated about that?

Doug

Subject: [Dx-qsl] QSL cards NOT received

A card sent to TG9NX via a given address here in Miami, Fl
was returned=20
with a note saying that he wants green stamps (US$$$$). If
he were not in=20
the green stamp business, he could have used the same SASE
to confirm the=20
QSO instead. Note: TG9NX QSL cards ARE acceptable for DXCC.
