[Dx-qsl] QSL cards NOT received

If you read the very detailed info and instructions on his QRZ.COM listing
he explains the FL address in his name is ONLY a mail drop. His mail is
held in safe keeping until he picks it up or somehow it is safely delivered
to him. By doing so he safely receives your QSL in GUATEMALA where your
SASE with US postage cannot be used. He asks for a GS because he will mail
your card back to you from GUATEMALA, not FL. To me, this is much better
than having your letter containing your QSL and GS stolen at his Post Office
and you will get nothing in return. This is all very carefully explained in
much detail.
I have received several cards from Francisco using his system so it does
work if you follow his instructions.
