Yes, TG9NX includes a sarcastic note if you do not follow his instructions.  I got one too.  However, his point is that the Miami address is merely a mail drop.  Cards received there are bundled up & shipped to him in Guatemala.  A card with a SASE with US stamps on it is useless to him.  Therefore, when the cards are re-packaged for shipment to Guatemala, those with US return postage are mailed back to the sender with the note.  The person in Miami does NOT have his cards or logs.

I received a card from him with no problem by sending a SASE with Guatemalan postage on it & no green stamps.
