Send cards, sae/GS/IRC to QRZ.com address in Bucheristi.
Adrian in now LoTW connected and has uploaded all his logs.

W9OL will handle all requests already in the bureau/mail pipeline for a 
limited time after which they will be periodically forwarded to Adrian in 
Bucheristi.
