In my original message, I tried to cut/paste but the reflector would not let me
send Cyrillic.
All I do is copy/paste the address from qrz.ru, then I change the last line
(which looks like POCCNR in English) to RUSSIA.

Still back to Russia.
Don't CHANGE the last line. Instead, you'd better just ADD the word Russia
to the whole address. The matter is, addresses in Russia goes oppositely,
i.e. first Russia (if mentionned at all), then city and zip code, etc, and
it ends with the receipee's name. So maybe you just cut the name i/o
Russia... Besides, if the receipee's name is not mentionned on a letter sent
to a P.O.Box, postal authorities can decline to release it.
All n'all, just keep it as is.
