[Dx-qsl] SWL data is correct, but

I'm pretty sad to say this, but recently I see many fabricated SWL
reports presumably generated from DX cluster spots, especially those
with large amount of QSO time differences. So I tend not to respond
for those reports.
It is interesting that reports from JA SWLs are always pretty accurate
and they are presumably NOT affected by the clusters, so I still respond
to those SWL cards.
I second Nenad's thoughts, though I also doubt whether SWL for hams
could survive unless more tighter rules of QSLing is imposed.
Note that I'm nothing against traditional SWLing, because in 1982 I was
fortunate enough to have SWL-AJD #1 for the 30m band (as JA1-21339).
