I have to say that I personally still dislike our 1pound coins - we of
course have no option as the notes are long gone, our smallest note
now being Five.
It makes you realise though almost how worthless the 1pound coin is
when it is they which are used to 'unlock' Supermarket shopping
trolleys - and even moreso when you discover how many people when
re-parking their trollies forget to remove the coin from the slot

No, whatever some people might think or say about the USofA [in
private] - without the Green Stamp the world would be a poorer place,
for it truly is an International Currency.
