countries.nerd.dk is a country based black hole list. Pick a country, if you don't want mail from there, use one of these black hole lists and you are set.
We make use of this service because we have been spammed relentlessly from several countries, and their ISPs fail to respond to complaints about it. When these folks clean up their act, we will quit using the black hole lists.
To keep legitimate users from being inconvenienced by this, I white list every mail list subscribers address (yes, over 40,000 addresses) around every black hole list we use. The results, no spam from spam friendly countries, and no complaints from subscribers.
Any subscriber being trapped by a black hole list used by us is not sending us mail from the address he has used to subscribe. If you have different results, I want to know about it.
Note that white listing can take up to 24 hours after subscribing.
