And those who accept the inferior service of USPS
are doing us all a disfavor, as it helps perpetuate the
problem & often becomes accepted as "fact".

Dunno what it's like in 38753, but the PM at my
rural PO gets a real kick out of the hearing about
stories like those from K6WRF & K5ZK - not to
mention a real moral boost to his staff...

Instead of fobbing me off, if I were to buy IRCs they
chase down the new ones.  No mucking about on
redemption, either - even those expiring 2006-12-31
were accepted for a few days in the new year due
to the public holiday.

A common denominator of third-world places is
third-world class post.  Please only accept if you
really live in a third-world place - or wish it to
become one.  Thank you.
