Many Thanks to everyone who has so far responded to my query.

So far, it would appear that only REF and RSGB have 'Paid Staff' along
with a volunteer 'Community' the rest being run by volunteers.

More responses would be appreciated to further my knowledge, do we have
contributors from Italy, Germany, Spain and other EU countries who can
kindly advise how their Bureaux 'work' ?
