Unlike other countries, JA buro is currently run by Paid.
JARL annual membership around USD65 include unlimited number
of sending/receiving buro cards for one registered callsign.  Extra fee
for his second or other callsigns. All postage included.
I don't know how much actual cost is for buro portion, however service
only for national society member.
