I believe that UA bureau is working ok last years. I get many many cards
from UA. Some delay only with ua2. Many usa stations don't use their bureau
but the bureau especially for w3 work ok and fast. I have delay with w7. The
strange think for me is VE bureau. Last 5 years i got cards only from ve3
(fast and good) and just before 2 months i got cards from some other
canadian prefixes. Especially the west cost of Canada send cards more rare
than we can listen here (hi hi)
