[Dx-qsl] hints on LZ/vp9sshet?

Just this week I received card for VP8/LZ2UU - request was sent January, 
2006.

The QSL says QSL via LZ2UU, PO Box 196, Razgrad 7200, Bulgaria and I think 
that was the address I used.
