[Dx-qsl] hints on LZ/vp9sshet?

Anyone have any ideas on how to get a card out of  South Shetlands, LZ0A (via 
LZ1KDP) and/or VP8/LZ2UU (home call)?  My  only qsos on 10m have been with 
these 2.   Cards have been sent direct  w/irc and via LZ buro in 2003.  These 
are qsos in 2002 and  2003. 
 
All bands confirmed 15-80, including WARC, but no  10.
I've had no trouble getting cards from English,  American, Chilean, Korean 
and Russian stations.  But not one card from the  LZ boys.
 
Any help?  Helpful hints and kinks?  Better  propagation on 10m so I can work 
someone else and not worry about it?
