[Dx-qsl] Need online callbook URLs for Pathfinder

The online callbooks for several countries have evidently QSY'd or QRT'd:

- Chile
- Oman
- Russia (the Russian Internet Callbook)
- Spain

If you know the new URL for one or more of these, please send it to me via
aa6yq at ambersoft.com, and I'll update Pathfinder. Thanks!

Despite the above losses, Pathfinder still lets you search more than 100
web-accessible sources of QSL information after entering a DX callsign once.
