That's fair enough IMHO. You say up-front no IRCs or no stamps or no 
G$$ or whatever, and that's understandable. Managers and DX stations 
set the rules; I don't think anyone with two red brain cells to rub 
together has a problem with that. If they want $2 and nothing else 
(hey, cards aren't free, I understand that - especially in some parts 
of the world) and they say so great. It's when someone tosses in 
attitude or is just downright rude that got me; especially when 
QRZ.com is ambiguous on the matter. In other words, manners matter.
