[Dx-qsl] OJ0J -- Have Tried 3 times

After multiple attempts, two of us pitched in for a
registered (both ways) mailing and that finally did
the trick.  Sort of.  I got my OJ0J card, but the
other guy got a card for another OH0RJ operation
rather than the OJ0J he needed. Go figure.
