[Dx-qsl] OJ0J -- Have Tried 3 times

i'm in the same boat.  3 tries - direct with irc,  direct with 2gs and via 
buro - and no return.  really odd.  this is  the ONLY finnish 
operator/operation/qsl manager with which  i've ever had  this happen.  i did get most of the 
bands i needed confirmed with OJ0B from  OH2BH, but still need qsl for 40m.  at 
this point, i'd be happy with a lotw  qsl.
