How is everyone today ?

Sometimes it's obvious when to use an IRC such as when you are warned (occasionally) of mail theft at their end.

Sometimes it's a country where they don't want to get involved with GS because they aren't supposed to.

But what about the random guy who goes on a one man DXpedition ?

Does anyone use IRCs here ?

I keep several new current ones here for those other cases, but sometimes it's 8 at night and you have a bunch of 5s in your wallet and want to get the envelope out of your way.
