Hi Steve et all
All points noted and agreed with its just a worry that the run of the
mill ham who doesnt have his ear to the ground, own a computer, or live
in the real world wont know that the "new" style of old IRC will not be
valid after 31st December and will continue to send them to QSL managers
in the hope they will get a QSL card by return.
I think we need to do something about it now. As far as I know this is
the first issue of IRC's that has an expiry date.
Maybe an article in QST etc would help....
