[Dx-qsl] CE0Z cards

The CE0Z QSL cards have been printed AND are in the USA, and enroute to me at 
this moment.
We have pre-processed the log so the cards will start to go out "steadily" once 
they arrive here. I don't expect that to happen for another couple of weeks. So, 
please be patient everyone!
Since we have more cards to deal with, we will not be quite as quick as 
Jean-Michel!  (good job J-M)
