[Dx-qsl] today

Well,  one envelope received today - and that is all - just an envelope.  It
was completely ripped down both sides, and across the bottom, with nothing
in it.  Trouble is I cannot tell who it was from and for what contact.  It
has an address of :  Tallin-6   Box 73   Estonia.  No name.  He/she  did not
return my envelope but used one of the taller European type, that has so
very thin paper that it wouldnt make it thru the automatic machinery here in
the states.  That is one thing the Europeans need to remember.  This is not
the first that has arrived in this condition.  Looking back at my written
record I dont see any ES callsign to where a card was mailed.

 I have several ES calls which show I sent a card, and went thru the qsl
info on Buck and QRZ.com for every ES call for which I have sent a card, and
not received one back.  None of those indicate an address of Box 73  Tallin,
or any other Estonia station. It may have been a manager for another call.

Do any of you know who or what may be the address and more importantly, the
call, of Box 73 Tallin?
