[Dx-qsl] Sent Green Stamps Returned Via Buro

Ronald,

Do not despair.  As a dxpeditioner, I answer direct requests for six months
after which all remaining QSOs in the log are QSL via the bureau.  If someone
waits longer than six months to QSL me direct, then there is a chance they will
get the bureau card before they receive the direct request.  

This is just an example of how things can go.  I have no idea what procedures
are followed by XE1KK and VR2XMT.
