Thanks to one and all. Interestingly, a few 
direct request I sent last year to DL stations 
with SASEs were mailed after the Jan. 1st postage 
increase in Germany -- but with only the € 1,55 
stamp on it. I guess Deutch Post isn't paying too 
close attention this month (luckily)! Usually my 
German requests come back very quickly, and I 
started adding extra postage in December, but 
I've gotten 3 back in Jan. with the old value only.
