Anyone know which one works, which one is  faster, and which is "safer"?  
And, do IRCs go to Botswana?

Hi Rich,
I got a QSL for a hearing in Sept. 2005 and used the Botswana  address.
Enclosed SAE + 1 USD. No problems for me here.
