now here's the rub, my return envelope, that I provided, says
3/3/2003

My software prints the date in small print on my return envelope
Gives me a quick exact date that I put them in the outgoing mail.

So this one may have taken a while but still greatly appreciated from Anatoly.

*PS: yes, I sent sufficient postage for the WM Plum airmail envelopes I used.* 

The moral is I guess, 'never give up hope'.
