Received a reply on Feb.18th, for which I'd sent one IRC for postage
a few weeks ago. It came back with meter stamp from Praha (Prague) in
the amount of 11 Koruny, which at today's rate, is about 46.3 cents
US. Another one postmarked January 17 2006 had a meter sticker of 12
CZK (50 cents), for which I'd sent $1.

The only other one I could find from before that was last November,
at 9 CZK. So yeah, I'd say $1 should be sufficient, but that depends
on what their local bank/post office charges as a "commission" on top
of the exchange rate. If you're sending to ZS6CCY's manager in Prague
(OK1DOT), $1 is fine, per his e-mail to me.
