[Dx-qsl] ZL8RI QSL status

I was chatting this morning with Garry, VE3XN, who is QSL manager for 
ZL8RI. Here's what he reported on the status of the cards:

The QSLs (nice 4-sided color cards) were printed by IT9EJW last week, 
and are scheduled to reach Garry by the end of January. He will then 
process all received requests, and mail them out in several big 
batches, by country,  probably mid to late February.

Please understand that one US dollar is NOT ENOUGH to pay return 
postage from Canada to anywhere else in the world except USA. Garry 
will be unable to send direct replies to other countries unless 
applicants have included at least 2 US dollars or one 2009-expiry IRC 
(not 2006-expiry).

Unfortunately, donations, beyond postage for a QSL are down 
substantially...if you can help out with a contribution no matter how 
large or small, the Micro-Lite Penguins would appreciate your assistance.
