According to the database at the AE7Q web site, KV2AA is a vanity call for
the former KP2AL.  So it's not a prefix-block reassignment.

I dunno, I guess maybe he wanted KP2AA but it's taken and he liked the old
pre-1978 prefix, but KV4AA was taken too?

RECEIVED INFO FROM VE6LB THAT THERE IS A KV2AA FROM THE VIRGIN ISLANDS. DOES
ANYONE HAVE ANY MORE INFO ON WHAT THE ENTIRE PREFIX BLOCK THEY WERE GIVEN,
SO I CAN ADD IT TO HAMLOGGER DATA BASE.
