Don't forget MONEY paid to ARRL in vain...
IMO ARRL would earn more that those pennies grabbed for the contacts checked
but "not good" for DXCC. ARRL will earn more respect to them and more
attraction to the DXCC program. So far we all have to pay IN ADVANCE
actually for services which MIGHT be rendered or not, and everything is up
to ARRL for validation reasons which are not made public...
Actually there have to be 2 options.
1. The DXCC desk has to clearly mention, activities listed below ... are not
actually valid for DXCC, save your money and don't send us these cards.
2. The DXCC desk keeps their valid - non-valid list secret but don't charge
for non-valid contacts or, if money paid in advance, credit this amount
towards future applications.
