Hello Andrei:

    You've made the assumption that your card reached ME, which it didn't ! 
Hi.  Your assertion that I don't use the bureau will come as a surprise to 
the ARRL outgoing bureau !  Indeed we have three QSOs on 10 meter SSB in 
contests in 2001 but I have no record of your QSLs being received, but now 
my QSL is coming to you direct sent in tomorrow's mail.

Very 73 and I hope to work you in the next contest...
