Stuart,
Here is an example:
I worked KC1F in ARRL DX SSB 2001 on 10m (true). Sent QSL card via bureau,
haven't received one back (also true).
If you sent me QSL, who knows why it didn't make it through to me.
You've made assumption that your first card reached me. But I haven't
received it and I now think that you don't use bureau...
