When people get tired of paying the high price, then maybe things will 
change.
As a manager, it only cost $.84 or less  for postage all over the 
world.. Yes, the buro is expensive but a necessary evil if one is a 
manager. Some stations allow buro, some do not.
I leave that up to them.
