Exactly what I was thinking.  For a while it was  financially advantageous to 
use Euro managers.  But it looks like the  pendulum has swung the other way.  
Something that dxpeditions (and other dx  stations) should start considering 
in the future.  There is a large  experienced pool of managers available 
stateside and as the mailing cost rises  in Europe, they should be looked at as an 
alternative to the 2 or 3 IRC/GS  cost.
