[Dx-qsl] LoTW QSL Manager?

Oh no... MANY hams are discouraged by the complicated procedure of
certification. Doing it from US is comparatively easier than from other
corners of the world.

We at YR7M have 30k+ contest QSO in our electronic log. I am sure that some
people somewhere need to have their QSO confirmed. Now, we answer any and
all paper QSO, but we are NOT going to go through the pain of LOTW
certification. So for us the idea of a LOTW manager is more than welcome. I
wonder, though, if it does not defeat the whole philosophy of the system.
