Was delighted to work this one on 30 metres yesterday for a new one.  I 
was also dismayed to see a comment on the Cluster that he is a bad 
QSLer.

I see from my records that I have received and answered several cards 
from him for DX stations that I manage but that my requests for cards 
for my other QSOs with his home station have gone unanswered.

Has anyone any comments?
