I'll use mint stamps every time. Since there are a great many DL managers 
and DL stations travelling these days, I usually keep somewhere around 10 
sets of 1,55 euro German postage at any time. Cheaper than $3, that's for 
darned sure, and once you have a good stock of stamps, it's a lot easier 
than trying to get $2 bills from local banks. I even had one S5 station 
SEND IT BACK TO ME as not being a real bill !! Laughed my ass off at that one!!

I believe the DL rate is the highest in the world.
