Good point Hans. The dollar keeps dropping vs the Euro, so I'll send 
$3 with QSLs to Germany. We have $2 bills in the States, so I will 
use $2 + $1 to keep the weight the same. Still a lot simpler than 
IRCs or mint stamps!

Sure makes the USPO worldwide airmail rate of 80c look like a bargain!
