True. Unfortunately it's been a black hole for me also. Have ER4DX on 40m
and ER0ND on 80m. Both have UT7ND as a manager and have gotten nothing from
him in 4 years of trying. By the sound of the responses so far ER1QQ doesn't
sound very promising either.

Got ONE card by that route and one more by the buro, but three more have
vanished into that black hole called Moldova. ER4DX is even worse. FIVE in
total, including two registered. Never returned. Good luck. I really wish
somebody would mount an honest DXpedition to that country!
