[Dx-qsl] Off topic: LoTW certificates

Sorry about the confusion, guys.

The screenshot shows that there is a small problem with the ARRL's website 
certificate. It has nothing to do with the LoTW certificate. Anyone on a 
newly installed computer will see that message.
