Looks like the security worked.  You don't have the certificate information
on your computer.  The directions tell you to make a copy of your
certificate.  This is in case of computer hard disk crashes or if you get a
new computer.

I believe you need to save your certificate as a PKCS#12 file.
Unfortunately you did not do this so now I think you have to go through the
process of getting a new certificate.  I think you need to send an email to
lotw-help at arrl.org in order to work around your problem.
