[Dx-qsl] How best to send DXCC submission?

Not looking to prolong this, but the solution was far easier than I 
imagined.  I went to our company mail room and asked them what I should 
do.  They have a contract with FedEx and said they'd be glad to do it.  So 
I sent it FedEx Express Saver and got the company discount.  A very nice 
discount.  Cards arrived today (overnight).

There is a funny part to this.  The mail room people asked what I was 
sending.  I showed them the QSL cards.  Let's just say the looks on their 
faces came from people who've never before seen QSL cards.
